This very pleasant 35-year-old female had had been considering breast augmentation for over 15 years.  Her preference was for a round, full look, however, did not want to be out of proportion.  

She is 5’1” tall and weighs 147 pounds.  She underwent a duel plane breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth, round silicone gel implants.  The implant are Natrelle, Inspira SSF, 560 cc in size.
