This lovely 30-year-old female was wishing to increase the fullness of her breasts.  She wanted to remain proportional and have a natural feel to her breasts, however, preferred the look of a round enhanced breast.  She had some starting asymmetry with the right side larger than the left.

She is 5’2” tall and weighs 115 pounds.  She underwent a duel plane breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth, round silicone gel implants.  The implant are Natrelle Inspira SSM 310 cc on the right, and 330 cc on the left to account for her asymmetry.
