This very pleasant 27-year-old female had been considering breast augmentation for over 5 years. Her goals were to increase the fullness of the breast and did not want to have an overly augmented look. She presented as a 34-B cup and wishes to be a full C, or small D.

She underwent a dual plane, breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth round gel implants.

The implants used were Natrelle, Style 15, smooth round gel, 339 cc.
