This lovely 35-year-old female had been considering breast augmentation for 2-3 years. She has 2 children and liked the size of her breasts when she was breast-feeding. She presented as a 34 C-cup and wished to be a large D with a full, rejuvenated breast appearance. There were some pre-operative asymmetries with respect to size and shape of the breasts noted.

She underwent dual plane breast augmentation through an IMF incision using anatomic implants.

The implants used were Allergan, Style 410 FX, anatomic full height, extra full projection gel, 410 cc.
