This very pleasant 35-year-old female had been considering breast augmentation for 3 years. She presented as a 34-B cup size and had a goal to be a full C-cup. She specifically wished to increase the upper pole fullness of the breast.
She underwent submuscular breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth round gel implants.

The implants used were Mentor, Smooth Round Moderate Plus, Cohesive I implants, 450 cc.
