This very pleasant, fit and active, 31-year-old female wished to increase the volume of her breasts and improve her asymmetry. She has become progressively more fit and lean, and in the process, she feels like her breasts have become deflated. She wished to have a much larger breast size and a more augmented look. She also recognized she had some natural differences with her breasts and wished to try and improve her symmetry.

She is 5’7’’ tall and weighs 145 pounds. She underwent a dual plane, breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth round gel implants.

The implants used were Natrelle, Inspira SRX, size 495 cc on the right, and 525cc on the left.
