This very pleasant 23-year-old female wished to improve the symmetry of her breasts. Her right side developed larger than her left side and her main concern from this was the difficulty finding any bra’s or garments that fit comfortably.

She underwent a vertical pattern breast reduction on the right breast with a superior medial pedicle.
