This very pleasant 59-year-old female presented with concerns relating to a scar on her anterior neck after thyroid surgery. The central folding and puckering of the scar bothered her and she wished to try and improve the appearance.

The patient underwent scar revision under local anaesthetic, which included some skin and fat removal to help with the contour.
