This very pleasant, 59-year-old female presented after having multiple issues with her earlobes. Her ear piercing holes had become stretched and these were repaired elsewhere. Unfortunately, she developed an infection at the site and a resulting scar and deformity.

The scar was excised and a local flap was used to recreate the earlobe contour.
