This very pleasant 39-year-old female presented for discussion on breast rejuvenation surgery. She wished to reduce the size of her areolas, as well as, enhance the shape and size of the breast in a more youthful and natural way.

The patient underwent a breast lift as a vertical mastopexy, and at the same time had a tummy tuck as part of a full mommy makeover.
