This very pleasant 24-year-old female was seen in consultation for breast enhancement. She felt her breasts had significantly deflated and lost their shape since losing weight. She did not like the loss of upper pole breast fullness, and had goals for a more lifted, youthful breast with some increase in fullness while maintaining a natural look.

She underwent a vertical breast lift with nipple areolar reduction and repositioning. Results are shown at 3 months.
