This lovely 25-year-old female had been considering breast augmentation surgery since the age of 18.  She presented as a 34-B cup and wished to be around a full-C or D-cup.  Her preference was for a natural look with a “nice round shape”.  She presented with a tight constricted lower pole of her breast.

She is 5’5” tall and weighs 138 pounds.  She underwent a duel plane breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth, round silicone gel implants.  The implant are Mentor, Moderate Plus Profile, and 400 cc in size.  She also required expansion and release of the lower pole during the surgery.
