This lovely 29-year-old female wished to increase the volume of her breast. Her goals were to have an enhanced look, however, wished to maintain a natural feel to her breast. Her bra size was a 34-B and her goal size was a full C-cup, or D-cup.

She is 5’5” and weighs 118 pounds. She underwent a dual plane, breast augmentation through an IMF incision in the submuscular plane using smooth round implants. She had some pre-exisiting asymmetries to her breast and chest wall and different size implants were used to help accommodate for these.

The implants used were Natrelle, Inspira SRF gel, size 345 cc on the right, and 385 cc on the left.
