This lovely 27-year-old female had been considering breast augmentation surgery for over 5 years. On a spectrum she wished for a more enhanced look, while still maintaining a natural feel with her breasts. She is a 32-A cup with goals to be around a D-cup.

She is 5’5” tall and weighs 105 pounds. She underwent a dual plane, breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth round gel implants.

The implants used were Inspira, SRX, smooth round gel 375 cc implant on the right and 400 cc on the left to help with some subtle asymmetry.
