This lovely fit and healthy 33-year-old female wished to increase the volume of her breasts. She presented as a 32-B cup and says when she was breastfeeding her breasts were a C-cup and liked the look at that time. She wished to restore the fullness and maintain a natural look and feel to her breasts.

She is 5’2” tall and weighs 115 pounds. She underwent a dual plane, breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth round gel implants.

The implants used were Inspira, SRM, smooth round gel 255 cc implant on the right and 240 cc on the left to help with some pre-existing subtle asymmetry.
