This lovely 29-year-old female had been considering breast augmentation surgery for quite some time, however, more so after pregnancy. She has 2 children and found the breast volume became deflated after breast feeding. She presented as a 36-B cup and wished to increase her size to around a D-cup with a look between natural and augmented.

She is 5’11’’ tall and weighs 155 pounds. She underwent a dual plane, breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth round gel implants.

The implants used were Natrelle, Inspira smooth round SRF gel implants. She had some minor breast asymmetry and to help account for this, size 415 cc was used on the right and 385 cc on the left.
