This lovely 29-year-old female had been considering breast augmentation for several years. Her goals were to increase the volume of her breast, however, did not wish to be too big. She presented as a 34-A cup and wishes to be a full B, or small C.

She underwent a dual plane, breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth round gel implants.

The implants used were Natrelle, Style 15, smooth round gel, 286cc on the right and 304 cc on the left, to accomidate for some size asymmetries
