This very pleasant 21-year-old female was seen for significant breast asymmetry with a tuberous breast deformity. She had difficulty with bra’s and clothing fitting properly because of the asymmetry and was not happy with the overall appearance of her breasts. Her goals were for overall improved symmetry and also wished to reduce the size of her areola.
On the right side, she underwent a small vertical breast reduction with NAC reduction and augmentation in the submuscular plane. On the left side, she had tuberous breast deformity correction with a circumareolar mastopexy and radial scoring, followed by submuscular augmentation.
