This very pleasant 39-year-old female presented for discussion breast enhancement surgery. She wished to reduce the size of her areolas, as well as, enhance the shape and size of the breast in a more youthful and natural way.

The patient underwent an areola reduction as part of a vertical mastopexy breast lift. She combined this with a tummy tuck for a full mommy makeover.
