This lovely and very fit, 23-year-old female wished to increase the size of her breasts. Since she had increased her exercise, she felt like the volume of her breasts had decreased further. She wished to have a more natural appearing and naturally feeling breast. When she presented she was a 34-A cup. Her goal was to be a medium-C cup.

She is 5’9’’ tall and weighs 130 pounds. She underwent a dual plane, breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth round gel implants.

The implants used were Natrelle, Inspira smooth round SRF gel implants. She had some chest wall asymmetry and minor breast asymmetry and to help account for this, size 325 cc was used on the right and 295 cc on the left.
