This very pleasant 21-year-old female was unhappy with the shape of her breasts and lack of upper pole fullness. She also did not like the size of her areola in relation to her breast size. When she presented she was a 34-B cup, however, bra’s did not fit her well. She wished to be a full-C or D-cup with a more balanced breast appearance.
She underwent a peri-areolar mastopexy with lower pole radial scoring for expansion to correct the tuberous breast deformity. At the same surgery, a submuscular breast augmentation with smooth round gel implants was performed.
The implants used were Natrelle, Style 20, smooth round gel, 300 cc implants.
