This very pleasant 40-year-old female presented for discussion on breast surgery, as she noticed her breasts were “low and sagging” since she had her children, and had some significant asymmetries that bothered her.

She underwent a vertical breast left with a small reduction in volume, and differential excision for the asymmetry.
