This lovely 59-year-old female was seen in consultation for facial rejuvenation. Her biggest concern was her neck where she had noticed a significant thickness for approximately 2 years that was bothersome. She is very active and has a healthy lifestyle, however, had been unable to change the appearance of her neck.

She underwent a neck lift with submental liposuction, direct subplatysmal fat excision and platysmal plication.
