This lovely 32-year-old female was having a breast augmentation surgery.  She is very fit and focused on her diet and exercise.  She has always found an area of stubborn fat on her abdomen, below her belly button, that would not go away regardless of how hard she would workout.   

She is 5’5” tall and weighs 120 pounds.  She underwent focused liposuction on the lower abdomen.
