This lovely 53-year-old female presented as a 36-DD bra cup size, and was having significant neck pain and functional limitations from her large breasts. She also found it difficult to run due to her breasts and had significant bra strap grooving. Her goal was to be a great deal smaller and approximately a B-cup bra size.

She underwent a Wise pattern breast reduction with an inferior pedicle.
