This very pleasant 26-year-old female presented as a 36-G bra cup size, and described her breasts as “huge and heavy”. She found it difficult to exercise due to the pendulous nature of her breasts.

She underwent a vertical breast reduction with a superior-medial pedicle and areolar reduction.
