This very pleasant 26-year-old female was seen for discussion on breast reduction surgery.  She was having neck and shoulder discomfort and felt a heavy pull from the weight of her breasts.  She was also having difficulty with exercise and finding bra’s and clothing that fit comfortably.  She presented as a 30-H cup and wished to be smaller, however, “maintain a handful”. 

She is 6-foot-tall and weighs 140 pounds.  She underwent a vertical breast reduction with a superior medial pedicle, as well as, an areolar reduction and asymmetry correction.
