This very pleasant 48-year-old female presented for discussion on breast reduction and rejuvenation surgery. She felt her breast were large and heavy, and were sitting low on her chest making it difficult to exercise. She wished to have a more lifted rejuvenated look, with also some reduction in volume.

The patient underwent a vertical breast reduction. Results are shown at 6 months.
