This lovely 35-year-old female presented as a 34-G bra cup size, and was having significant limitations from her large breasts with all activities. She was having back and shoulder pain that would worsen through the day and bra strap grooving. Her goal was to be B-cup bra size. On the left chest wall her implanted pacemaker can be seen.

She underwent a Wise pattern breast reduction with an inferior pedicle.
