This lovely 27-year-old female who was seen for discussion on breast enhancement surgery.  She had noticed her breasts became “deflated” since she lost 50 pounds over 3 years.  She was wishing to increase the volume of her breasts and especially in the upper pole.  She currently is a 34-D cup and notices her left side being larger than her right.

She is 5’4” tall and weighs 145 pounds.  She underwent a sub-muscular breast augmentation using smooth round gel implants, with a vertical mastopexy.

The implants used were Natrelle, Inspira SRM, smooth round silicone gel, 295 cc on the right, and 275 cc on the left to help with her asymmetry.  Photos are 3 months post-surgery.
