This very pleasant 32-year-old female presented for discussion on breast balancing procedure options. She has found that since her early 20’s, the left breast has become larger and sits lower on her chest. This has made it difficult for any bra’s to fit comfortably, as well the asymmetric appearance has been bothersome.

She underwent a vertical pattern breast reduction with a superior medial pedicle.
