This lovely 55-year-old female presented as a 38-E bra cup size with some significant breast asymmetries. Her large breast size was causing significant neck and back pain and limiting her ability to exercise, and the asymmetries made it difficult to find a bra that fit comfortably.

She underwent a vertical breast reduction with a superior-medial pedicle, with differential excision for the asymmetry.
