This very pleasant 44-year-old female was seen for breast augmentation and areolar reduction surgery.  She says she was quite engorged when she was breast feeding, and her breasts have become deflated since then.  She was a 32A, or 34B, cup and wished for a natural enhancement and to be more full and perky.  She also wished to reduce her areolar size.

She is 5’2” tall and weighs 102 pounds.  She underwent a sub-muscular breast augmentation using smooth round gel implants, with a circumareolar mastopexy and areolar reduction.

The implants used were Mentor, Moderate Plus Profile, smooth round gel, 225 cc in size.
